Red Neck Potatoes

4 lbs. sm. new potatoes 1 (16 oz) bottle Ranch Dressing
Salt to taste 1 bunch green onions
Pepper to taste 4 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Cajun seasoning to taste

 

Quarter new potatoes and cook until tender.  Drain and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.  Season with salt, pepper & Cajun seasoning.  Pour on ranch dressing.  Add chopped green onions and mix until potatoes are well coated.  Sprinkle on cheese.  Bake at 350o for 15 minutes.

Serves 10 to12.
